Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using this website. By visiting any page, running a search, or reading content here, you agree to everything listed below. If you do not accept these conditions, leave the site and do not use it further.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website is not affiliated with a court or government body. Neither Grady County Court Docket nor its advertising partners provides a service for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including credit, employment, insurance, or housing decisions. The website offers directions to public docket and case-record resources in Grady County, Georgia. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

Grady County Court Docket is a private reference site with no government or court affiliation. It does not keep official records and cannot retrieve a private result, file papers, or change a hearing date.

Its content directs visitors toward Grady County clerks, separate trial courts, circuit calendars, and Georgia access directories. It may also link to outside research tools. Official records remain with the court or clerk that maintains them.

2. Informational Use Only

All content is general information about Grady County dockets and record routes. It does not replace an official docket, a court order, or advice from counsel. Confirm material facts with the clerk or court that holds the case.

3. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

  • Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
  • Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for any of those purposes, use an FCRA-compliant screening company.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing published here is legal advice. General descriptions of Grady County court processes cannot determine how a charge, order, case, or deadline applies to a particular person. Seek advice from a licensed Georgia attorney.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Dockets change as cases are filed, hearings are set, dates move, and matters are amended, sealed, or resolved. Gaps and delays can occur. Content here is not an official statement by Kaylee Page, the Superior Court of Georgia in Grady County, or any other court. Verify each docket entry and date with its originating clerk.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links can lead to Grady County clerks, trial courts, Georgia directories, legal-aid groups, or outside search services. Those sites control their own content, fees, availability, and data practices. Review their terms before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Grady County Court Docket or its content partners. No one may copy, distribute, adapt, or build on that material without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grady County Court Docket is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or reliance on content from it or a linked service.

You agree to defend and hold the website harmless from claims, actions, or demands caused by your use of it or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Georgia law governs these terms. Any dispute tied to use of the website must be brought in a court located in Georgia. The Georgia Open Records Act governs qualifying agency records, but court-file access follows the rules and procedures of the court that keeps the record.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised. A revision takes effect when the updated text is posted here.
